This is his character Jemma who hasn't been seen for quit some time from his page.
But she is super villain, blowing up the side of the wall of a bank. Or McDonalds.
I'm not sure what her motive are, but I don't think she deliberately get fat, it just happens to her.
Her arch rival is Buttman
Also, I wasn't sure about a catchphrase, for her to say, like "your doors aren't obese accessible, so I widen it." or ....something else I just forgot.
so I left that out.
